Just wanted to touch base and let everyone know about 2013 and what we can expect for 2014.  First, we ended the year in Cape Coral, with an increase in the average sale price of about 13% for the year.  This is less than for 2012 but still over four times the national average on home prices.  Inventory increased some over the late part of the year but, that is good news for buyers still wanting to buy this year.  With all the bad weather up North, buyers have been slow to get here so far this year.  So, it is a great time to plan a trip here and look.  There's lot's to see and, oh by the way, it is 75 degrees today.
